Fire sprinklers in Wales

In 2013 it was written into Law by the Welsh government that it is mandatory to install automatic fire suppression systems in new build properties in Wales.

It was decided a phased approach was best starting with those most at risk first (residential care homes) in May 2014 and then all domestic and residential buildings that require planning permission submitted after January 2016.

Safeguard Sprinkler systems are fully conversant with the new guidelines and maintenance requirements in the UK.
