Project Update – Hampden House, High Street, Aylesbury

We’re pleased to share details of another significant installation currently underway for one of our longstanding clients. Hampden House, located in the heart of Aylesbury, is undergoing a major transformation—from an existing office block into 111 high-end residential apartments.

As part of this redevelopment, we are delivering a full-coverage fire sprinkler system, fully compliant with BS 9251:2021 standards. Our work ensures that every apartment and associated area meets the highest levels of residential fire protection and safety.

The installation is progressing well and is scheduled for completion later this year. We’re proud to once again support our client on another major conversion project, contributing to the delivery of safe, modern, and high-quality homes in Aylesbury’s town centre.
