Safeguard sprinkler systems have been appointed to carry out the design, supply & installation to this former office block in Caterham Kent into residential flats.

Safeguard sprinkler systems will provide sprinkler coverage throughout 4 of the second floor level flats as a fire engineered solution. The system will be designed as a category 2 system with a sprinkler water supply run time of 30 mins.

The sprinkler system to the flats will be fed via a dedicated pump & tank designed in accordance to BS9251:2021. There will be a sprinkler control valve located on each side of the buildings core, each flat can be isolated if required and this is also beneficial from a service and maintenance point of view.

Having previously worked with the main contactor on a large project in London last year, Our level of service to a high standard has clearly paid off after been awarded repeat business.
